Children love to act and at TPS they develop their confidence and co-operative skills through Drama. In the Prep there are opportunities for all with regular school productions, musicals and class assemblies. Drama is of course used to support curriculum areas such as English, History, Religious Studies or PSHE. It has not been unknown for an attack by Roman soldiers and a re-enactment of the battle of Bosworth Field to take place within the same school year!
Drama is a separate curriculum subject for pupils in Years 4 to 6. Co-operative work, using the voice and acting techniques are all eagerly explored.
